Clear guidelines for custom-made garments, ready-made exchanges, and complimentary fit adjustments.
Custom-Made & Bespoke Orders
- All customized, tailored, altered, and made-to-measure outfits are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order is confirmed.
- This includes:
- Bespoke suits
- Wedding outfits
- Sherwanis
- Tuxedos
- Custom blazers
- Altered garments
- Personalized designs
- As each piece is specially created for the customer, cancellations, refunds, or returns are not applicable after production begins.
Size & Fit Adjustments
We are committed to delivering the perfect fit. If minor fitting adjustments are required, customers may visit our store within 7 days of delivery or pickup for complimentary basic alterations (subject to design feasibility).
Ready-Made Products
- Ready-made products may be eligible for exchange only if:
- The request is raised within 3 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags and invoice are available
- Exchange approval is subject to product inspection by our team.
No Return On Worn Or Damaged Products
- Products that are:
- Used or worn
- Washed or damaged after delivery
- Altered by another tailor
- Missing original tags or packaging
- will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Color & Fabric Variation
- Actual product colors may slightly vary due to:
- Studio lighting
- Photography
- Screen/display settings
- Minor variations in fabric texture or shade are considered normal and are not treated as defects.
Delivery & Order Issues
- If you receive:
- A damaged product
- Wrong item
- Manufacturing defect
- please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos for verification.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are not applicable for:
- Custom-made orders
- Measurement issues caused by incorrect measurements provided by the customer
- Change of mind after confirmation
- Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
